The Coach Works Foundation programme in Coaching is accredited by the International Institute of Coaching(pending)

The aim is to provide people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role. In addition the further stage of achieving the Diploma in Coaching aims to equip participants seeking to move into a development role within their organisations or to freelance as a management coach or mentor. Coach Works have introduced this new Foundation to Coaching Programme due to demand. We have been delivering coaching skills courses for many years but were asked for something more. Participants were asking for:

• a better understanding of coaching
• greater confidence in using the coach works method
• an accredited programme

The course is a must for all mangers and developing managers. It builds a comprehensive framework with which to utilise all areas of people management. We are confident we have created a unique Foundation to Coaching which will give you the building blocks if you wish to:

The course allows personal growth and gives insight into human behaviour, how to promote individual potential and raise performance.The course is as much about recognising your own strengths and weaknesses as well as other peoples.
